Our wedding favors were sand-cast candles. Vytas, my lovely groom, used the dremel to carve/cut out a wooden mold in the shape of a scallop seashell. He then played around with melting/casting temperatures until he had it perfect. I had intended to help him with the casting, but I found myself busy sewing bridesmaid clutches and arranging our seating chart. So! He did it all. And he did it all quite well.
My sister and her husband helped us box them the week before the wedding.
