Three Habitats that sold at the Art Show

These are the three habitats that sold at the art street festival. I wanted to share them because I was rather proud of the small scale detail. Hope you enjoy them. I have more that are still available for purchase that will be making their way onto Etsy and--per usual--here.

Mini Picnic Habitat
This one measured about 1.5 inches tall and about 1.25 inches wide. It was a lot of fun to make because I tried to get as much detail in as I could. The picnic basket even has lines to resemble weaving.
Loves me, Loves me not Habitat
It is a Monster playing the "Loves me, loves me not" game with flowers. He is already midway through this flower; you can tell by the petals on the ground and the one in his hand. This habitat is a whopping 3.75 inches tall and about 1.75 inches wide. I have another with orange flowers that will be making its way to Etsy soon! And, this may become a regular item/open series, depending on online popularity.
You, Me and the Snail Habitat
This is the third, and last, habitat that sold at that art street fair. It measured approximately 3 inches tall and about 2 inches wide. It was a challenge because the mouth of the jar was a much smaller 1.25 inches wide. I'm pretty sure it was the little snail that brought the whole thing together. Simply because I loved this one, I might make more. We'll see.

  1. I bought the Mini Picnic Habitat at the Art Show and I put it on my desk at work. Everyone who walks by my desk has to stop and pick it up. I sometimes find myself daydreaming that I'm having a picnic with the little monster inside! I LOVE these mini habitats!! I can't wait to see what you come up with next!

Leave a comment. Or else. Wait, does that sound too threatening? Let me try again. Leave a comment or you'll never see little Mildred again. Yeah. That's better.
